I had not played based on a true story for a while and loved that record and that was the inspiration to listen and buy this ....what an incredible album just blown my mind ...it ticks all that I like .I love devin townsend nightwish and steve vai and its all in this with daves own stamp ...just beautiful

Fantastic melodic, symphonic and neo-prog. Wonderful and vibrant instrumentation, complex and yet accessible, and with thoughtful lyrical content. The title track is a stunner, but there is so much more light and shade
